She specializes in working with adults through depression and anxiety, especially as it related to grief and loss.

Shona’s approach is one filled with compassion and non-judgement, while using strengths-based modalities as her foundation of treatment. By building a trusting therapeautic relationship, she will support in finding new ways to cope, and building your current resources.

Shona is naturally curious about your phases of life - individuals coping with divorce, transitioning into school or a new job, retirement, coping with aging parents, career choices; and together, she wants to explore your sense of self through those phases.
