Emalee believes every person’s story is unique.

She specializes in working with young adults who experience anxiety and depression.

Emalee provides a safe space for people to tune out external noise, and listen from within. Her education and clinical experience at the University of Pittsburgh together with her background in research, guide her work. She approaches sessions with curiosity, and incorporates mindfulness practices, traditional cognitive behavioral therapies, and relationship based approaches, to help clients reconnect with themselves and achieve their goals.

Emalee understands that in working through the most complex issues with her clients, vulnerability and compassion is needed for healing.
