She specializes in supporting teens and young adults who are nagivating the impacts of trauma + stressful life circumstances.
Beth is a trauma-trained therapist, that values using the most collaborative and warm approach to therapy. She draws from evidence-based practices such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, to create a plan that will work for you, in your process.
Together, this process helps her clients address automatic thoughts from a place of curiosity, and allows growth and healing to flourish!
Beth values creating a safe and nonjudgemental space where healing can begin, and growth becomes possible. She believes in building emotional resilience, and reconnecting with your sense of self, allowing for healing to be within reach!
